For fifty years we have been involved in the design and construction of custom plants for the filtration of industrial oily waters.
The reliability and continuity of the services offered allow us to be a single point of reference for companies that need to create solutions for the treatment of oily waters.
Do you want to know how our process of creating customized systems works?
It is a process divided into five phases:
- Analysis of the project context and mandate
- Construction of pilot plants
- Choosing the best process to adopt (BAT)
- Correct sizing of plant and machinery
- Verification of system performance
Let’s find out more about it.
Phase 1 of the creation of customized systems: analysis of the context and of the project mandate
The first step in realizing a customized plant for the filtration of industrial oily waters is the analysis of the context and of the project mandate.
This first phase begins immediately after the arrival of a request from the customer.
It is a cognitive moment in which we try to understand what the customer’s needs are and what is the context in which the industrial oily water filtration plant will be inserted.
At this point, together with the customer, we evaluate whether to build a pilot plant, or go directly to the design and large-scale construction of the filtration plant of industrial oily waters.
Phase 2 of building custom plants: build the pilot plant
The second step to create a customized plant for the filtration of industrial oily waters is the construction of a pilot plant.
As we have described on the page dedicated to the Pilot Units, the pilot plants consist of small-scale units, capable of replicating the behavior of large industrial plants on a small scale, directly at the customer’s premises.
The Pilot Units therefore allow us to understand how the system would work once installed and, consequently, allow us to study, design and implement the best solution for the customer’s needs.
Phase 3 of the creation of custom plants: choice of the best process to adopt
Once the information from the Pilot Units has been collected, the third phase of the process of creating custom plants begins: the choice of the best process to adopt, tailor-made for each customer.
The acronym that represents this phase is BAT_ Best Available Technology and consist of the best plant, management and control technical solutions capable of guaranteeing:
- a high level of environmental protection
- low levels of pollutant emissions
- the optimization of the raw materials used in the process
The BAT elements are periodically updated according to the innovations and technological progress achieved.
Phase 4 of the creation of customized plants: the correct sizing of the plant and machinery
The fourth phase of our process for the construction of customized plants for the filtration of industrial oily waters is that of the correct sizing of the plant and machinery.
This phase is based on the analysis of the industrial specifications provided by the customer. We need it to understand what is the right relationship between the installed power, the customer’s filtration needs and the real space in which the plant or machinery must be inserted.
Phase 5 of the creation of custom systems: verification of system performance
The last phase of our process for the creation of custom systems is the verification of the performance of the system or machinery that we have created.
In this phase we monitor the plant operation process and support the customer with the after-sales service.
In particular, this service guarantees constant technical support over time, original spare parts and qualified technical assistance.
Furthermore, maintenance programs are developed to guarantee the customer operational continuity and full functionality of the plant.
