filtration of industrial oily waters is the <strong>analysis of the context and of the project mandate<\/strong>.<\/p><p>This first phase begins immediately after the arrival of a request from the customer.<\/p><p>It is a cognitive moment in which we try to understand what the customer&#8217;s needs are and what is the context in which the industrial oily water filtration plant will be inserted.<\/p><p>At this point, together with the customer, we evaluate whether to build a pilot plant, or go directly to the design and large-scale construction of the filtration plant of industrial oily waters.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78411cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"78411cf\" elementor-size-default\">Phase 2 of building custom plants: build the pilot plant<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a60c42 elementor-widget second step to create a customized plant for the filtration of industrial oily waters is the <strong>construction of a pilot plant<\/strong>.<\/p><p>As we have described on the page dedicated to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tecniplant.it\/en\/pilot-plants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Pilot Units<\/strong><\/a>, the pilot plants consist of small-scale units, capable of replicating the behavior of large industrial plants on a small scale, directly at the customer&#8217;s premises.<\/p><p>The Pilot Units therefore allow us to understand how the system would work once installed and, consequently, allow us to study, design and implement the best solution for the customer&#8217;s needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element collected, the third phase of the process of creating custom plants begins: the <strong>choice of the best process to adopt<\/strong>, tailor-made for each customer.<\/p><p>The acronym that represents this phase is <strong>BAT_ Best Available Technology<\/strong> and consist of the best plant, management and control technical solutions capable of guaranteeing:<\/p><ul><li>a high level of environmental protection<\/li><li>low levels of pollutant emissions<\/li><li>the optimization of the raw materials used in the process<\/li><\/ul><p>The BAT elements are periodically updated according to the innovations and technological progress achieved.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ae6e40 elementor-widget
