Revolution.<\/p><p>Consequently, in order to run for cover and re-establish a natural order, each of us must implement strategies to <strong>reduce waste<\/strong> and <strong>pollution<\/strong>.<\/p><p>So let&#8217;s try to understand how companies operating in the filtration sector engage in so-called &#8216;<strong>green industrial innovation<\/strong>&#8216; by focusing on two key elements:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"#energy-transition\"><strong>energy transition<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#digitalisation\"><strong>digitisation<\/strong><\/a><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35054a9 elementor-widget that we want to analyse is the <strong>energy transition<\/strong> in the <strong>industrial filtration<\/strong> sector.<\/p><p>What does the energy transition consist of and how can it be implemented?<\/p><p>This and other questions were answered during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tecniplant.it\/en\/tecniplant-participates-in-adipec-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Adipec 2022 trade fair<\/strong><\/a>, in which we participated as exhibitors.<\/p><p>Specifically, during the four-day fair more than 40 ministers and 38 CEOs, policy makers, energy experts and global innovators shared their views on the topic of <strong>energy transition<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The energy transition, in the industrial filtration sector, consists of moving from a fossil-fuel-centred energy mix to one with <strong>low<\/strong> or <strong>zero carbon emissions<\/strong>, based on renewable sources.<\/p><p>Technologies, and in particular renewable ones, are the main tools to achieve this transition.<\/p><p>Indeed, it is only through <strong>continuous innovation<\/strong> that companies are able to be more efficient and competitive and, in general, to seize new opportunities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c2dbee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4c2dbee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"digitalisation\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Digitisation for green industrial innovation in filtration<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a60c42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a60c42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>After the energy transition, the second aspect related to green industrial innovation that we want to analyse is the <strong>digitisation of<\/strong> the <strong>industrial filtration<\/strong> sector.<\/p><p>Let&#8217;s start by saying that, in the era of <strong>Industry 4.0<\/strong>, it is necessary to adopt <strong>increasingly innovative<\/strong> and <strong>sustainable technologies<\/strong> in order to <strong>keep up with the times<\/strong>.<\/p><p>That is why it is also important to talk about digitisation in the field of industrial filtration.<\/p><p>One of the key elements in <strong>digitising a company<\/strong> is the use of <strong>IIoT technology: Industrial Internet of Things<\/strong>, which we can translate as &#8216;Internet of Things applied to the industrial sphere&#8217;.<\/p><p>IIoT technology makes it possible to connect <strong>all parts of a plant online<\/strong>, make them <strong>communicate with each other<\/strong> and thus provide a <strong>clear overview of their operation<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Moreover, thanks to this technology, <strong>all data<\/strong> from machinery or industrial filters <strong>are collected<\/strong> and <strong>made available online<\/strong>.<\/p><p>This means that the system communicates with the operator, but also that the information is available:<\/p><ul><li>in real time<\/li><li>anywhere in the world<\/li><\/ul><p>For example, in our industry, the adoption of IIoT technologies makes it possible to make the filtration system &#8216;smart&#8217;.<\/p><p>This is because <strong>digitising industrial filtration<\/strong> allows one to take <strong>control of the production process in a<\/strong> completely new way thanks to <strong>accurate<\/strong> and <strong>timely data analysis<\/strong>.<\/p><p>In fact, the digitisation of the industrial filtration system makes it possible to know in <strong>real time the operating status of the filter<\/strong> and, consequently, whether the system is <strong>working properly<\/strong>.<\/p><p>In addition, the digitisation of filtration equipment allows <strong>filters<\/strong> to be <strong>connected to the cloud<\/strong>. <br \/>In this way, <strong>filter data can be accessed remotely<\/strong> via smartphone, tablet or computer. <br \/>This means <strong>having everything under control<\/strong>:
